The Bird Control Industry

In 2006 it was estimated that the pest control industry in the U.S. generated $6.73 billion in service revenue according to SPC, Specialty Products Consultants. Though most of that revenue is generated by common pest problems, it is unknown what percentage is attributed to Bird Control. Bird control is a growing industry that has eluded market research. Bird control products are currently manufactured and sold throughout the world. Most pest control companies provide bird control services, and use products such as that of Bird-B-Gone.

Our Authorized Installers are professional Bird Control Experts... schooled in permanently and humanely modifying environments to eliminate "Problem Bird Infestations" such as pest pigeon problems, and prevent any future bird problems.

Bird-B-Gone offers effective and humane bird deterrents that can be used on homes or in commercial settings. Our products are endorsed by major animal rights groups such as PETA, and are sold internationally.

In addition to offering a complete line of bird deterrents, Bird-B-Gone also has a network of Authorized Installers. These installers are trained in the field of Bird Control, and can help solve virtually any bird problem.

With a Bachelors of Science degree in the area of Business Management and Marketing from Purdue University, Bruce Donoho has experience with several North American fortune 100 companies. In 1992 he founded Bird-B-Gone, Inc. From humble beginnings; one employee and an old wooden school desk, Bird-B-Gone has grown into a Multi-National Manufacturer and Supplier of Pest Bird Control Products.

Meet Bird•B•Gone

	Bruce & Julie Donoho Owners Company Founded in 1992 Bruce and Julie Donoho Started Bird•B•Gone from their home in 1992. Since its inception, Bird•B•Gone has grown into a multi-national manufacturer and supplier of bird control products. Both Bruce and Julie are heavily involved in the day to day business activities of Bird•B•Gone. Their vision was to create a company where Faith, Family & Friends come first!
Stephanie Fitzpatrick Director of Advertising Employee Since 1996 Stephanie was the first official Bird•B•Gone Employee. She is in charge of the company's Advertising & Marketing Departments. She works closely with Bruce Donoho, Owner to establish company strategy.
	Scott Swanson Sales Management Employee since 1999 Scott was the second Bird•B•Gone employee, and has had a big hand in making Bird•B•Gone the company it is today. Scott is in charge of key accounts at Bird•B•Gone.
Fran Prisco MIS / Graphic Design Employee since 2001 Fran is the technical expert of Bird•B•Gone, she handles the computer systems as well as does all of the graphic design for Bird•B•Gone.
	Rich Martin Sales Manager Employee since 2002 Rich manages the Sales Team at Bird•B•Gone. He is responsible for all aspects of the selling team. He also leads on-site trainings and installations.
Meredith Walako Public Relations / Marketing Employee since 2001 Meredith heads up our Public Relations department and assists with Advertising and Marketing. Meredith also coordinates trade shows and travel at Bird•B•Gone.
	Jerry Moss Mass Merchandise Sales Employee since 2006 Jerry heads up our Mass Merchant Retail division. He has a lot of experience merchandising and selling to retail firms nationwide.
Jeff Watts Sales / Government Sales Employee since 2003 Jeff heads up our Government Sales Department, working closely with all government agencies. He also works closely with architects and contractors using and specifying Bird•B•Gone products. Jeff is also involved with International Sales.
	Angela Towler Operations / Product Development Employee since 2003 Angela manages the shipping and warehouse operations for Bird•B•Gone. She is in charge of purchasing and inventory and handles all quality control of products.
Mike Dougherty Sales & Training Employee since 2004 Mike is involved with sales and training. He is the key trainer at our Bird•B•Gone University and also travels bringing our training program on the road. He is in charge of many key accounts at Bird•B•Gone.
	Bryan Donoho Sales Employee since 2003 Bryan is involved with the sales team and is key to increasing the sale of our Mass Merchant Line of products. He works closely with retail vendors, and attends trade shows and seminars to help increase awareness of Bird•B•Gone products.
Ian Rowsby Sales / International Sales Employee since 2007 Ian is a great contributing force to our sales team. He heads up our International Business team, bringing in new business from all over the world.
	Deanna Martinez Operations / Accounting Employee since 2007 Deanna is directly involved with the order and shipping systems at Bird•B•Gone. She works closely with the sales team and shipping department to make sure all of our customers get the right products at the right time!
Chris Fields Sales Employee since 2005 Chris is a member of the the sales team responsible for large project sales. He works with architects and contractors to get our products specified and included on new building projects. He is also in charge of organizing Bird•B•Gone University training classes.
	Amanda Martin Customer Service / Marketing Employee since 2007 Amanda is in charge of Bird•B•Gone's sister company Absolute Bird Control. She also assists the marketing and advertising departments and is key to the sales of our Mass Merchant product line.
