City of Anaheim Protects Disney Guests from Pest Birds!

The city of Anaheim has installed bird deterrent spikes on the light posts, traffic signals and street signs around the Disney Resort area of town. The bird spikes keep pest birds such as pigeons and seagulls from landing on the poles and releasing their “loads” on unsuspecting guests of the resort area.

Hens at Tyson Foods’ Plant Test positive for Bird Flu

Tyson Foods, the world’s largest chicken producer, has found a strain of bird flu in breeder hens at an Arkansas facility. Jon Fitch, director of the state's Livestock and Poultry Commission, said that routine pre-slaughter tests conducted on May 30th found the exposure.
