Bird B Gone carries Straining Wire cable in 1/16” or 3/32” diameter thicknesses. Straining Wire is used to provide a secure cable perimeter when installing bird control netting. The 1/16” diameter size is recommended for net installations with cable runs under 25’ in length. The 3/32” diameter size is recommended for installations that have cable runs exceeding 25’ in length. Straining wire is available as a 250’ roll or 500’ roll and in Galvanized or Stainless Steel material.

Use Stainless Steel straining wire for areas near salt water, severe weather patterns, or harsh chemicals. Galvanized straining wire is recommended for normal conditions such as covered or shaded areas.
