Shipping Returns Policy

1. RETURNS

If not completely satisfied with a product, we offer our online customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date you receive your Return Authorization Number. Defective units must be reported within 30-days of purchase and will be replaced at Bird B Gone, Inc.’s (“Bird B Gone”) cost. Bird B Gone will not process returns or issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. If you purchased a Bird B Gone product from a distributor or retail partner, the return of such product is subject to that distributor’s or retail partner’s return policy.

2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

A Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA Number, please email nobirds@birdbgone.com or call 800-392-6915 or 949-472-3122 and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Date of Purchase
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Refund
  • Order Number

Upon receipt of the RA Number, please send the product(s) to:

  1. Please mark the RA Number on the outside of the return package.
  2. Proof of purchase should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
  3. Products received without an RA Number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  4. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
  5. Products must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Bird B Gone reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
  6. You have up to 30 days from Bird B Gone issuing your RA Number to return the product to our facility. Products received after the 30-day period may be returned to you.
  7. Shipping charges are nonrefundable . Additional fees may be applied depending on the nature of your return:

3. SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for return shipping costs; returning the product to Bird B Gone. Products should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Bird B Gone is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment. If you are returning a product because of our error, returning a damaged or defective product, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product and the product is verified to be in saleable condition (does not include damaged or defective products), the refund will be initiated. Funds will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies.
